The clinic, which is based in the leafy surroundings of Edgbaston, is run by dynamic husband and wife team Ami and Gee Chatha who together have combined their professional background and skills to create a truly life-changing experience for each patient that walks through their door.

Ami, who wanted a smile makeover herself, came up with the basic idea for the practice whilst expecting the couple’s first child. Through her personal experiences, Ami found it surprisingly difficult to find a clinic that offered a wide range of cosmetic treatments from one premises - she wanted to combine orthodontic treatment with cosmetic veneers. Following various visits to local cosmetic dentists, she was underwhelmed at their basic lack of understanding for what she was looking to achieve.

Brackenwood wanted to change this. Both Ami and Gee wanted to radically redesign the patient experience, right from the moment that a patient walks through the door. Ami and Gee were very clear they did not want the practice to feel, look or even smell like a dental practice!  They wanted patients to be able to relax and feel completely comfortable discussing what they wanted to change about their smile, as well as making sure their ultimate aims were totally understood. All treatments, of course, being carried out in one location.
